“This (Infosys) partnership helped us crack the long tail. With a limited set of resources, a startup can’t hire a lot of people for marketing. Further, the sales cycle dropped from about eight months to less than three months,” said CEO Sachin Jaiswal. Finacle has a similar relationship with ToneTag for a contactless sound-based payment solution that it has taken to its global clients.
