Mr. V.K. Khandelwal has a postgraduate diploma in business management from Delhi University, and he graduated with honors with a degree in Commerce from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi.

Before founding Selective Consultants in 1980, he worked in established companies across sectors, which has equipped him with the diverse skill sets he possesses today. These experiences have been priceless to founding and shaping Selective Consultants into the recognized brand it is today.

Mr. Khandelwal’s passion for innovation in the HR industry and his constant search for new challenges have helped sustain his interest in the field. As the Founder and Chairman, Mr. Khandelwal’s crucial responsibilities included leading and maintaining the company’s relations with clients, networking and setting the base for expansions and partnerships, making sure that the company and its team were in alignment with the strategy and vision, and appropriate delegation of pivotal duties. He made sure that all senior members of the company work in cohesion, actively engaging with each other to encourage a collegial environment and smooth communication.

After decades at the helm of professional growth, Mr. VK Khandelwal is now focusing on incubating another company, “Selective Edutech Consultants Pvt. Ltd.,” concentrating on the rapidly growing education sector in India and overseas. For Mr. VK Khandelwal, education remains a deeply personal vision, having rendered his skills and services over the years to the education industry.

Mr. Vaibhav Khandelwal is the driving force of Selective Consultants, responsible for strategic growth and business development while overseeing global and domestic operations.

Mr. Vaibhav Khandelwal holds a postgraduate diploma in business management, specializing in Marketing and Human Resources. Although he began his career in marketing, it wasn’t long before the world of HR consulting lured him. Over the years, he has accrued formidable experience in management consulting, operations, and Leadership Hiring .

Mr. Vaibhav Khandelwal became the managing director in 2007, and under his guidance and leadership, Selective Consultants has achieved a compound annual growth rate of over 100% year-on-year. As the managing director, he has spearheaded multiple efforts that have pushed the company’s rankings and performance from the ground up. He has been responsible for building a solid overall strategy for future growth, implementing policies that have helped maintain a balance between profits and service rendered, maintaining a continuous and informative dialogue between stakeholders and clients, astute management of finances, and shouldering complete accountability for the company’s operations.

As the key decision maker, Mr. Vaibhav Khandelwal has provided Selective Consultants the necessary strategic direction and vision, overseeing growth, managing strategic partnerships, and giving expert advice on handling its growing client base. Being of a curious disposition, he keeps himself informed of developments across all industries, enabling him to design initiatives that take Selective Consultants to new heights on a consistent basis.

Ms. Sarika has a postgraduate degree in business management, specializing in human resources. Over the course of her exemplary career, Ms. Sarika has gleaned deep experience in running the operations of an HR firm, which has proved invaluable for Selective Consultants.

Since she joined us in 2009, she has ensured that the company’s day-to-day operations run flawlessly and efficiently. Being detail oriented, she spends an inordinate amount of time evaluating and maintaining our existing systems while also evolving with new technology.

Her focus now is on positioning Selective Consultants as a leader in technology, concentrating on its development as a technology-driven organization for optimized deliveries. She has been instrumental in implementing new standards that will define the company’s growth over the next decade. She firmly believes in our principle of linking people to positions, and she has made many clients our loyal, long-term customers with her efforts.

Ms. Sarika is a valuable asset to our firm and has managed the varied and complex role of an operations director with aplomb. She has been responsible for keeping our employees motivated while ensuring our business operates as per our vision and mission, helping us climb the ladder of success every day.

The reliable cog that keeps the wheels at Selective Consultants turning smoothly, Ms. Veena, who has a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit, started her professional career with us, back in 1992, and she has been completely responsible for the management of all customer, business, and marketing related activities.

Over the years, she has taken complete ownership for pushing Selective Consultants to the forefront of competition by generating unique product development ideas, forging and maintaining strong ties with customers, driving up growth and revenues and reaching targets ahead of time.
